Our Services

Grossman Health provides health insurance advisory services, including:

  • Health insurance plan comparison and recommendations
  • Assistance with insurance applications and enrollment
  • Ongoing customer support and service
  • Educational resources about health insurance options

Professional Licensing

Matthew Grossman is a licensed insurance professional authorized to sell health insurance in 31 states. All services are provided in compliance with applicable state and federal regulations, including those set forth by state insurance departments and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).

No Cost to Clients

Our advisory services are provided at no cost to you. We are compensated by insurance companies for successful enrollments. This compensation does not affect the price you pay for insurance coverage, nor does it influence our recommendations, which are based solely on your needs and circumstances.

Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting quotes or applying for coverage. Inaccurate information may result in:

  • Incorrect premium quotes
  • Denial of coverage
  • Cancellation of existing coverage
  • Claims being denied by the insurance company

Limitations of Service

While we strive to provide accurate information and recommendations:

  • We cannot guarantee approval for any insurance application
  • Final coverage decisions are made by insurance companies
  • Premium rates and plan details are subject to change by insurers
  • We are not responsible for insurance company policy changes or claim decisions

Privacy and Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of your personal and health information in accordance with HIPAA regulations and our Privacy Policy. Your information will only be shared as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Consent and Authorization

By providing your mobile phone number to Grossman Health, you expressly consent to receive text messages from us. This consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Types of Messages

You may receive the following types of messages:

  • Transactional messages related to your insurance quotes and applications
  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Policy updates and important notifications
  • Marketing messages about insurance products and services (with separate consent)

Message Frequency and Costs

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services. You may receive up to 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier plan. Check with your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt-out of receiving text messages at any time by:

  • Replying "STOP" to any text message

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You may continue to receive transactional messages related to existing insurance applications or policies.

Carrier Disclaimers

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, and other major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We are not responsible for any charges or fees that may be assessed by your wireless carrier.

TCPA Compliance

We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable federal and state regulations regarding text messaging. We will not send marketing messages to your mobile phone without your express written consent.

Marketing Services

Our marketing services include:

  • Educational content about health insurance options and changes
  • Information about new insurance products and special enrollment periods
  • Reminders about important healthcare deadlines and opportunities
  • Personalized recommendations based on your coverage needs

All marketing communications are opt-in and you can unsubscribe at any time. We do not share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grossman Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the extent of our professional insurance coverage.

Termination

Either party may terminate our advisory relationship at any time. Termination does not affect any insurance coverage you have already obtained through our services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal regulations. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Florida.
